1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AIHubPro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Clause 16: Pricing & Auto-Renewal Policy

1. AIHubPro offers subscription plans: PRO at ₹666/month and PRO MAX at ₹999/month inclusive of GST.

2. All subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly via Razorpay. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard before the next billing cycle.

3. Annual Price Revision: Subscription prices will increase by 9% on 1st April every year to account for inflation and service improvements.

4. Users will be notified 30 days before any price change via registered email.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 5-minute free trial with 1 query. Once payment is made for PRO/PRO MAX, no refunds will be provided due to the digital nature of services as per IT Act 2000.

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Service Description

AIHubPro provides access to premium AI models including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini through a unified interface. We also provide 22+ utility tools including PDF tools, calculators, and converters.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the service

6. IT Act 2000 Compliance

We are committed to:

• Promptly removing unlawful content upon receiving actual knowledge
• Cooperating with law enforcement agencies
• Maintaining records as required by law
• Implementing reasonable security practices

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of 18% GST.

7.2 Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

7.3 Invoices: GST-compliant invoices are generated automatically and available in your dashboard.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on AIHubPro are provided on an 'as is' basis. AIHubPro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitations

In no event shall AIHubPro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AIHubPro, even if AIHubPro or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on AIHubPro could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AIHubPro does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. AIHubPro may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

11. Modifications

AIHubPro may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
